About the Role Project Quality Manager (m/f/d) for the Energietechnik area at Graz leads quality management across international energy projects, ensuring adherence to contractual, customer, and normative requirements. You will shape quality processes in technically demanding projects and assume responsibility for quality outcomes in a globally active environment.
What You'll Do
- Overall responsibility for all quality-related topics within demanding energy-technology projects.
- Plan and implement project-specific inspection activities based on contract, customer, and standard requirements.
- Coordinate quality-related activities together with customers, local quality organizations, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Plan, execute and track supplier approvals and on-site inspections.
- Ensure norm- and contract-compliant execution of all project activities.
- Create, review, and release project-specific quality documentation.
- Contribute to challenging and technologically leading energy projects with international significance.
- Maintain high degree of autonomy and take on quality responsibility in complex project environments.
- Collaborate with an experienced, interdisciplinary and international project team.
What We're Looking For
- Completed technical training in mechanical engineering, process technology or a comparable field (HTL, FH, TU).
- Several years of professional experience in quality-related project execution in machinery and plant construction.
- Additional qualifications such as IWE, ZFP LII/LIII or comparable training (advantage).
- Very good English language skills in spoken and written form.
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- High initiative, resilience and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, team-oriented way of working.
Nice to Have
- IWE, ZFP LII/LIII or comparable qualifications are a plus.
- SAP knowledge is advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
