About the Role The Project Quality Leader role is part of OPmobility's Exterior & Lighting Business Group, based in Lozorno, Slovakia. It focuses on securing customer quality alignment, leading escalation and APQP, and supporting launch and ramp-up to ensure project objectives and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Reinforce customer quality interface for the project team
- Have independent customer position in the project especially for escalation process of quality risks
- Support the plant and project organization to secure launch and ramp-up
- Be the link between plant quality organization and project team
- Lead the customer APQP process to achieve the customer approval by deploying the customer specific requirements to the core team members and validating the core teams deliverables before presenting to the customer with the Program Manager
- Identify the gaps in the quality deliverables to the customer requirements back to the core team members and escalate to the Program Manager and Customer Quality Manager when there is a risk to achieve the project quality objectives & customer satisfaction
- Support the plant quality manager’s team in order to ensure all quality processes are efficiently deployed into the plant organization and are effective to secure the start of production What We're Looking For
- University Degree in technical field, preferably Quality
- Min 3 years’ experience in automotive quality
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP)
