About the Role At Alstom, you will lead project quality and safety activities to ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality project delivery. You will coordinate quality and safety across the project lifecycle in a collaborative, innovative environment, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Be the interface with Client quality and safety teams and inter-site Alstom teams.
- Establish the Project Quality Plan and ensure its proper application during contract execution in line with contract requirements and Alstom processes.
- Contribute to evaluating subsystem criticality to ensure optimal safety and quality assurance.
- Guide project teams in understanding quality contributions to the project and coordinate the project quality community.
- Ensure quality awareness and organize quality training if needed.
- Support project audits, reviews and the approval of supplier quality systems.
- Report quality and safety alerts, manage non-conformities and ensure the quality of modifications to the project.
- Implement an effective CAPA system to improve quality performance. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the project quality function, including at least 5 years in quality tools and problem-solving.
- Deep knowledge of processes and products delivered in complex industrial projects.
- Experience in audits and in project management (a plus).
- Knowledge of the railway domain or a related field (aerospace, automotive, manufacturing).
- Knowledge of IRIS standards (a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Mobility for occasional travel to suppliers, clients and partners locally or internationally. Nice to Have
- IRIS standards knowledge.
