About this Position
As part of the GBS+, you support the Business Partner and Financial Management activities for Adhesive Technologies and contribute to efficient portfolio and financial operations.
What you´ll do
- Business Partner Support
- Support Business Partners in coordinating demand & project
- Operationally manage project portfolio and demand pipeline in interaction with the project managers and team leads
- Coordinate the creation of the Digital Technology Committee slides and make sure, that demands meet the compliance standards
- Prepare and maintain portfolio reports, presentations, KPIs and management information
- Interact and align with business partners from other functional towers and regional teams regarding project demands
- Support process improvements and standardization initiatives within portfolio management
- Financial Operations Support
- Support budget planning, forecasting, cost monitoring and reporting activities
- Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for Business Partners and Digital Transformation management
- Support cost allocation, invoice tracking and budget reconciliation processes
- Maintain financial data and ensure consistency across reporting tools and systems
- Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with Commercials, Group Financial Controlling and other financial stakeholders on operational topics.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field
- Min. 3 years professional experience in Finance, Controlling, PMO, Portfolio Management or IT business support functions
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with data, KPIs and financial information
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English language skills, min. level C1
- Service-oriented mindset and willingness to work in a global environment
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new processes and tools

Salary: €2,200 – €2,800 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
