About the Role
As the full-time Project Planning Manager (PrPM) in Chorzów, you will apply time management and project planning expertise to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of complex rail projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize planning processes and perform systematic critical path analyses to identify and mitigate risks to project schedules. What You'll Do

Creation, regular follow-up, and updates of project schedules for all options in firm and forecast status.

Planning synchronization within the project.

Systematic critical path analysis and identification of risks impacting project schedules.

Regular reporting within project and site organizations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.

Implementation of best practices in project time management. What We're Looking For

Higher education, preferably in a technical or managerial field.

Professional experience in the industry.

Knowledge of project management and industrial production processes.

Proficiency in English (good to advanced level).

Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, IPMA, Prince2).

Experience as a member of a project core team or as a project manager.
