Job title: Project Planning and Reporting Manager
About the Role As the Project Planning and Reporting Manager in Belgrade, you will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with Project Managers and Sub-System Managers, and ensure on-time delivery. You’ll act as a trusted deputy to the Project Manager, aligning the core team and driving execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain the project schedule for your area of responsibility.
- Provide accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision-making and On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Act as trusted deputy to the Project Manager, ensuring alignment across the core team and stepping in to lead when necessary.
- Facilitate synchronization of internal stakeholders to drive project execution.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, adapting communication style to suit different audiences.
- Deploy and support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) domain expertise locally, contributing to strategic roadmaps and sharing knowledge across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of working with complex projects in industries such as transportation or similar.
- Knowledge in project planning tools, particularly Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with time management and scheduling processes for large-scale projects.
- A certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
