Role Overview Drive successful project delivery by creating detailed schedules, analyzing critical paths, forecasting trends, and monitoring procurement via our ERP system to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Baselines: Build WBS and baseline schedules (MS Project/Primavera P6) and lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
- Monitoring & Forecasting: Track progress, analyze critical paths, manage risks, and issue early warnings for schedule deviations or recovery.
- Resource & Procurement Management: Plan short-/long-term resource allocation and use the ERP system to track material impacts on timelines.
