Project Planner

About the Role Alstom is seeking a full-time Project Planner in Bursa to lead component-level scheduling for complex projects and ensure on-time delivery. You’ll work with Sub-System teams, Project Core Team, Sourcing and Supply Chain to develop, maintain and synchronize schedules and support decision making. What You'll Do

• Develop and update schedules for projects.
• Collect, analyse, and present time-related project information.
• Support decision making to reach On Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
• Synchronize schedules with stakeholders; manage project scheduling documentation.
• In tender: analyse tender documents to understand schedule management requirements, set timelines for tender preparation, coordinate inputs, contribute to the project execution strategy, identify critical paths and risks, implement optimization and mitigation actions, ensure on-time delivery of schedule deliverables.
• In Project Execution: validate the baseline schedule, organise and lead regular schedule review sessions, align commitments from internal and external stakeholders and manage schedule interfaces, identify critical paths and potential delays, monitor risks and opportunities, prepare schedule and progress reports (time KPIs), analyse gaps vs baseline, contribute to Earned Value Management with Finance Controllers. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience of project management or technical roles in industrial or construction sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Primavera and SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Result-oriented mindset with ability to manage risks and opportunities.
• Working knowledge and skills in project scheduling theory and methods.
• Curiosity and a drive to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; an effective team player.
