Project Planner

About the Role Responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule to efficiently manage the time commitments of tenders, contracts or programs. You will lead the scheduling effort, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and drive on-time delivery for a complex transport project. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the Project Time Management Plan and the baseline schedule in collaboration with the consortium and customer.
• Lead regular schedule review sessions, challenge assumptions, identify trade-offs, and seek solutions to improve on-time delivery.
• Align internal and external stakeholder commitments, manage schedule interfaces, and proactively influence stakeholders to favor the overall project.
• Ensure timely updates of monthly schedules and monitor adherence to schedule quality standards.
• Identify critical paths and actual/potential delays; mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities related to on-time delivery.
• Lead preparation of schedule and progress reports; advise Contract Manager on time-related disputes and delay-related claims.
• Promote time management practices within the project team and educate teams on schedule-related issues.
• Validate partner input schedules and ensure external validation of the combined baseline schedule. What We're Looking For
• A certified Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling theory and methods, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; working knowledge of MS Project and/or TILOS.
• Advanced capabilities in MS Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of time-related contractual practices and delay analysis methods.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; proven leadership of technical teams.
• Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (read, write, and speak).
• Location: Israel.
• Experience: ~10 years in full-time planning and scheduling in construction; substantial scheduling experience in multi-discipline, transportation projects. Nice to Have
• Experience with MS Project, TILOS, or other scheduling tools beyond Primavera P6.
• Strong data analytics capabilities and familiarity with advanced Excel features. Compensation & Benefits
