About the Role We are looking for a Project Performance and Business Analytics Administrator (f/m/d) for our locations in Zagreb, Osijek and Split to support day-to-day project-related financial and administrative activities. The role will help ensure accurate project setup, tracking, invoicing and reporting across the project lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Setup of projects in financial systems and tools, manage project lifecycle processes (project set up, invoicing, project closing) including gathering contractual documentation and other information needed for calculation, posting and invoicing
- Perform project calculations on the project card, set up project cards, understand the elements and accounting treatment
- Support Project Manager in operational and financial activities; interface with O2C Back-office, Controlling, Treasury, and Accounting departments
