About the Role Light-it partnered with Mavida Health to design and deliver a HIPAA-compliant MVP for a digital mental health platform serving women through all stages of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care. The engagement focused on combining clinical vision with technical excellence to create a scalable care platform that integrates therapy, medication management, community resources, and educational content.

- Lead product discovery sessions and define an actionable MVP aligned with Mavida Health's clinical vision.
- Define the product strategy, user experience, and technical roadmap to ensure on-time delivery.
- Design UX/UI including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and user testing.
- Translate prototypes into production-ready software with development & QA, while maintaining focus on usability and accessibility.
- Implement telemedicine capabilities (appointments, video sessions) and support clinicians in prescribing medications within a HIPAA-compliant workflow.
- Build an in-app educational library and patient resources, including guided content and live Q&As.
- Support patient intake and onboarding with personalized questionnaires and mood tracking to tailor care pathways.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and product stakeholders to optimize features and user experience over time. What We're Looking For
- Experience building healthcare/digital health platforms with emphasis on patient privacy and HIPAA considerations.
- Proven ability in product discovery, MVP development, UX/UI design, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Knowledge of interoperability/integration requirements and telemedicine workflows.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (clinicians, engineers, researchers).
- Understanding of perinatal and women's health is highly preferred. Nice to Have
- Experience with clinical content moderation and evidence-based resources.
