About the Role
Zapier seeks a Project Manager to lead the design and execution of automated project management workflows that keep projects on track and stakeholders informed. This role focuses on delivering streamlined project operations through automation and reducing manual admin work.
What You'll Do

Automate task creation, follow-ups, and notifications across your project management stack using filters, paths, and conditional logic.

Centralize project updates to a single platform so everyone knows where to find the latest info.

Create and automatically assign tasks to the right people, ensuring no task falls through the cracks.

Send automated project digests and status reports to keep stakeholders in the loop.

Integrate Slack, Asana, Google Docs, Jira, Airtable, Calendly, and other tools to streamline communications.

Leverage Interfaces, Tables, and Zaps to reclaim time and move projects across the finish line.

Apply AI to summarize project status for sharing with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Experience designing and implementing automated workflows for project management or operations.

Familiarity with automation concepts and building multi-tool integrations.

Ability to coordinate across teams and tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with a bias for proactive problem solving.
