Position Summary The Project Manager is a senior-level member of the Technology PMO responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through implementation and closure. The role manages projects supporting Technology and various business services functions projects, including Finance, AI, Infrastructure, enterprise applications, system upgrades, data initiatives, and system migrations.
The Project Manager provides structured leadership across the full project lifecycle, ensuring that project objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed. This position works closely with business sponsors, technology leaders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into executable project plans and measurable outcomes.
Duties and Accountabilities
The roles and responsibilities of this job include:
- Lead complex technology projects from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, transition, and closure.
- Manage projects supporting business services functions and technology domains, including Finance, AI, Infrastructure, Enterprise systems, Data platforms, System upgrades, and Data or Application migrations.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Lead project initiation activities, including development of project charters, delivery approaches, governance structures, and stakeholder plans.
