About the role

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Project manager to play a key role in managing people operations, tracking employee performance, and ensuring accountability across the organization.

Roles & Resposibilities

• KPI & KRA Tracking – Closely monitor employee KPIs and KRAs, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• People Coordination – Work closely with employees and managers to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and execution.
• Performance Management – Maintain performance trackers, identify gaps, and follow up on action areas.
• Policy Development – Assist in drafting and implementing policies related to KPIs, KRAs, performance, and operational processes.
• Process Management – Identify operational gaps and drive improvements for better efficiency and accountability.
• Reporting & MIS – Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with different teams and managers to ensure timely execution of operational initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong people management and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong understanding of KPIs, KRAs, and performance management.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to create trackers, reports, and performance dashboards.

• Strong ownership and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

• Prior experience in Operations, Performance Management is a plus.
