About the Role The Project Manager leads Tyler's software implementation projects for new and existing accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction. The role may manage multiple small projects or own end-to-end projects from contract signing through transition to support. What You'll Do
- Develop project plans and conduct kickoff meetings with clients and staff.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with sales to interpret contract requirements and site-specific information.
- Guide release planning and ensure milestones are completed and formally accepted by clients; communicate status and risks; maintain deliverable quality.
- Serve as client liaison, resolve issues, and gather client feedback.
- Plan with client leaders to create documented management plans; publish key dates and progress across departments.
- Maintain calendars, publish updates, identify add-on opportunities, and pursue PMP certification; travel to client sites as needed. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
- Software life cycle knowledge and exposure to IT infrastructure.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; customer service orientation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical ability, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel; valid passport or ability to obtain one. Nice to Have
- PMP certification (pursuing or obtained). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary will generally fall between $74,575 and $84,000 per year before geographic adjustments; incentive eligibility to be confirmed.
