About the Role The Project Manager will oversee Brownfield redevelopment projects, including site assessment, remediation, design, and construction, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with sustainability goals. What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of Brownfield redevelopment projects, including site assessment, remediation, design, and construction.
- Advise clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, and state Brownfield programs).
- Collaborate with public and private stakeholders, including developers, local governments, community groups, and environmental consultants.
- Lead and/or support the development of project proposals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and monitor schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
