Project Manager

About the Role The Project Manager will oversee Brownfield redevelopment projects, including site assessment, remediation, design, and construction, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with sustainability goals. What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of Brownfield redevelopment projects, including site assessment, remediation, design, and construction.
• Advise clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, and state Brownfield programs).
• Collaborate with public and private stakeholders, including developers, local governments, community groups, and environmental consultants.
• Lead and/or support the development of project proposals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and monitor schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Establish goals for the projects and assist with achievement of QA/QC goals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, environmental scientists, planners, and contractors, to achieve project objectives. What We're Looking For
• Experience managing Brownfield redevelopment projects and environmental site assessments.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, Brownfield programs).
• Ability to advise on redevelopment incentives and engage with municipalities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, costs, and schedules.
• Proven ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; effective issue resolution.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, environmental scientists, planners, and contractors.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; ability to develop project proposals. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $90k - $150k per year
