Requirements and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation projects
Experience with project management tools and methodologies, preferably in Agile environments
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Project management certification is a plus

About the Role

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
Manage project teams and coordinate activities across all stakeholders
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
Remove impediments to ensure project continuity
Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
Prepare regular project status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
Facilitate project-related ceremonies (daily, planning, review, refinement, retrospective)
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet client requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies
