Job title: Project Manager - Solar Photovoltaic (Guatemala)
About the Role SEYSES seeks a Guatemala-based professional to lead the construction phase of the PFV Chiquimulilla project (Fase 1 + Fase 2). The role requires a minimum of 5 years of solar PV project experience in Guatemala, with immediate availability to support a 74 MW installation.
What You'll Do
- Support and oversee the construction of the PFV Chiquimulilla project (Fase 1 + Fase 2).
- Coordinate professional services and ensure timely delivery within the project schedule (approx. 15/May/2026 – 01/May/2027).
- Manage invoicing: issue monthly invoices for services rendered to SEYSES Mexico (VAT included).
- Oversee logistics including monthly viatics via TOKA (500 USD net), vehicle and fuel support, and PPE provision.
- Ensure compliance with safety and local requirements; liaise with project stakeholders and teams.
What We're Looking For
- Guatemalan nationality with residency near Chiquimulilla (indispensable).
- At least 5 years of experience in solar photovoltaic projects in Guatemala.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Ability to manage professional services invoicing and logistics for field operations.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating multi-phase PV construction projects and working with cross-border clients (SEYSES Mexico).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 2,500 USD per month (total invoice value with VAT).
- Project: PFV Chiquimulilla (Fase 1 + Fase 2).

- Service window: approx. 15/May/2026 – 01/May/2027.
