Job title: Project Manager - Small On-Site
About the Role You will independently manage multiple small to mid-size EPC projects and help drive safe, on-time project execution for small on-site initiatives. This role involves coordinating field activities, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage multiple small to mid-size EPC projects simultaneously.
- Support new plant proposals and engage design, priority setting, and implementation with stakeholders.
- Identify new problems or situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement improvements to enhance project performance.
- Leverage the organization to achieve objectives and position the project for short- and long-term goals.
- Proactively engage present and future stakeholders in design and implementation.
- Analyze risk and assess future impact of decisions; monitor the project lifecycle for safety, regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate all work within project scope; ensure objectives are met and within budget.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work of project team and self; perform project engineering work as needed.
- Interact with contractors during field installation; interface with key stakeholders including business, operations and customers.
- Manage safety and quality programs related to projects; prepare detailed project plans and controls.
- Influence team members and promote ideas to improve design practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Experience in Field Construction Management (a plus).
- Understanding of construction contracting and contracts management.
- Understanding of construction and commissioning safety.
- Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants (a plus).
- PMP certification (a plus).
Nice to Have
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Experience in start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Pay Range: 100,000 USD – 125,000 USD per year.
