About the Role Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Site Production Project Manager to join the production team at festivals and/or concerts. This hybrid role combines office responsibilities with on-site work at various event locations. You will report to the Site Production Manager and help drive the execution of festival site production. What You'll Do
- Partner with the Site Production Manager through the execution of festival site production (advance work, vendor orders, onsite build coordination, etc.).
- Manage and maintain day-to-day flow of projects with Site Production Manager per show.
- Maintain project timelines, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Create and manage site ops crew labor schedules and budgets.
- Manage onsite schedules for Site Operations team and distribute/tracking daily task lists and projects through build and strike.
- Provide support for site ops team (heavy equipment auditing and quartermaster tracking) as necessary.
- Perform other special projects as assigned by the Site Production Manager. What We're Looking For
- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for dance culture and production space.
- Experience in site production/project management, coordinating advance work and vendor orders, and onsite build coordination.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and staffing; strong communication with stakeholders.
- Comfort with on-site work at events and collaborating with multiple teams.
- Administrative capabilities including timekeeping, payroll coordination, and onboarding in partnership with HR. Nice to Have
