Project Manager

About the Role Lead the end-to-end execution of high-voltage transmission projects, focusing on protection, control, and HMI systems. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards, acting as the primary point of contact for project matters and coordinating with internal experts and subcontractors. What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end HV transmission projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Implement risk, opportunity, and claim management strategies across project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain standardized project management documents for consistency and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal technical experts to align objectives and facilitate communication; oversee subcontractor interfaces.
• Support the proposal management team during bidding phases. What We're Looking For
• Strong electrical engineering background, particularly control and protection systems in HV energy transmission.
• Core project management competencies: risk/opportunity management, budgeting, financial control.
• Scheduling and subcontractor management skills; seamless integration and performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities; technical coordination.
• Ability to create clear management reports on project status and progress.
