Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Project management team in APAC. The Project Manager will drive full Centric Planning Solution implementations starting from the requirement analysis phases, the product definition phases until the final Go-Live with great success and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for the timescale respect and objectives achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support successful Centric planning project delivery teams.
• Act as the Project Management expert for APAC region, liaising with clients to advise on best delivery methodology practice across all planning modules.
• Key responsibility for on-time and successful project delivery, resource management, margin optimization, and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Centric global teams to build key relationships, influencing and developing best practice and optimized PMO methodologies across the group.
• Drive all delivery workshops with clients, supported by the Centric delivery teams.
• Establish centre of excellence for project management in APAC region.
• Influence the transition of solution design into the product build team and ensure solutions meet the client requirements within agreed delivery timelines.
• Work closely with Centric delivery team members to help drive their personal development and growth.
• Play a key role in new client pre-sales engagements, helping the client and the sales teams to establish the most optimized project delivery methodologies.
• Attend key development workshops for product and delivery training.

Qualifications

• Highly self-motivated as well as the ability to collaborate with a team

• Experience in IT Project Management

• Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles from administrative to c-suite

• Excellent organization and time management

• Resourcefulness, adaptability and creative thinking

• Nice to have

• Familiarity with Retail Planning solutions

• Project Management or Agile Methodology Certification

• Familiarity with PLM/SCM solutions
