Job Summary
Project Manager – International Growth & Construction
A fast-growing international food and beverage brand is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead new venue development across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with 75+ locations and play a key role in bringing new venues to life.
What You’ll Do

Manage projects from design handover through opening day.

Coordinate builders, consultants, suppliers, and local stakeholders.

Oversee budgets, procurement, timelines, permits, inspections, and occupancy approvals.

Identify risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Manage site visits, handovers, defects, and final closeout.

Build local supplier relationships and improve project delivery across markets.

What You’ll Bring

Project management experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or commercial construction/fit-outs.

Knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, procurement, and permitting.

Strong vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A hands-on, commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail.

International project experience or experience working across multiple markets is a plus.
