An established, high-end residential main contractor specialising in luxury new builds, extensive refurbishments and heritage restorations across London and the Home Counties.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of two high-end residential projects concurrently.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering prestigious residential schemes, working closely with private clients, architects, consultants and experienced site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of two high-end residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Manage projects from pre-construction through to practical completion and handover.
• Lead and support Site Managers, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Take responsibility for project programmes, procurement, quality and overall delivery.
• Work closely with the commercial team to monitor budgets, costs and project performance.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain excellent relationships with private clients and design teams.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, workmanship and finishes.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, identifying and resolving potential issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end or super-prime residential construction.

• Strong background delivering luxury refurbishments, extensions, bespoke new builds or listed building restorations.

• Demonstrable experience managing multiple construction projects concurrently.

• Excellent technical construction knowledge and understanding of project programming.

• Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.

• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive are essential, due to travel between multiple project locations.
