About this role
Project Manager responsible for developing partner programs and tools for an international partner network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive education initiatives to deliver measurable results for partners and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects to develop partner programs and tools for the international partner network.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, content, IT, BI, regional offices) to implement partner initiatives and educational projects.
- Plan, launch and monitor projects for the partner portal and digital services for partners.
- Manage the lifecycle of partner education programs: from planning and release of courses to communications and results analysis.
- Organize and run partner events, webinars and communication campaigns for an international audience.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, gather requirements, prioritize tasks and monitor execution.
- Analyze the effectiveness of partner programs, educational initiatives and communications; prepare reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure data quality and processes related to training, certification and development of the partner ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management
- Experience in an international technology company is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Stakeholder management skills
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- English: Advanced (fluent)
