Project Manager Operational Readiness (m/f/d)
We are looking for support for our Digital Solution - Operational Readiness team at our location Warsaw, Poland.

What you can look forward to as Project Manager Operational Readiness (m/f/d):
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables, ensuring clear milestones and deadlines
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance operational readiness, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key financial considerations
- Develop and standardize the O2C process design methodology framework, coordinating with business stakeholders on design, rollout, contingency plans, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the operational setup, leveraging KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain thorough documentation of readiness processes, including lessons learned for future projects
- Design and implement change management strategies to support teams in adapting to new processes and technologies, and establish processes for customer support readiness, distribution management, warranty handling, and partner/supplier onboarding
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Product, Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Corporate IT, and Finance to ensure seamless execution, with focus on financial alignment where relevant
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues to maintain alignment
Your Profile as Project Manager Operational Readiness (m/f/d):
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on operational readiness, process improvement, or business transformation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications highly desirable
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects with complex deliverables, including strong interaction with Finance and other control functions, ideally in an operational or service-focused environment
