About the Role The Project Manager leads global transitions across commissioning project execution and capital project readiness. You will report to the Director of PMO and work onsite in Chatsworth, CA for Ontic, a global aerospace OEM focused on precision engineering, MRO, and obsolescence mitigation. This role drives complex programs from conception through completion to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and operational readiness across multiple sites.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex global transition and recommissioning projects from conception to completion using appropriate project management methodologies
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams while coaching other Project Managers
- Monitor project governance, timelines, risks, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery against milestones
