Job title: Project Manager - Oncology - US/Canada - Remote
About the Role Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities. They direct the technical, financial and operational aspects of projects to secure successful trial completion and collaborate with functional area leads to identify issues, interpret data, make sound decisions and implement solutions. The PM, with support from Project Management Directors, ensures that all project deliverables meet the customer/contract expectations in a global, multi-office environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities.
- Direct the technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects to secure successful trial completion.
- Work with major functional area leads to identify fundamental issues, interpret data on complex issues, make good business decisions, and ensure solutions are implemented.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the customer’s time/quality/cost expectations.
- In collaboration with Project Management Directors and other functional leads, ensure deliverables meet customer/contract expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to manage projects in a multi-office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC Systems.
- 5 years' industry experience in Clinical Project Management within a CRO.
- University/College degree in Life Science preferred.
- Experience managing Oncology studies is required.
- Ability to travel when needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 112,000 - 222,000 per year.
