This department aims harmonizing, standardizing and steering key processes part of the office in a decentralized environment and over 4 main regions.▪ Manage the day-to-day operations of the CIO Office▪ Ensure the governance of projects▪ Sustain and develop initiativesPOSITION SCOPE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Project Manager Officer your main responsibilities will be:Governance CIO Office (Weekly, Monthly CTO..)Preparing the Quarterly Business Review with the COO and other governancesAudit Remediation plan implementation and follow-upSecurity Group priorities deployment plan tracking (MFA, DRP, IAM)Security issues closure follow-upPPM governance (Bi-monthly, PPMC…) + DashboardingQoS remediation plan follow-upHeadcount monthly follow-upREQUIRED SKILLS & profileStrong autonomy, flexibility, adaptability and pragmatismVery good written communication (English)Ability to synthesize and convey messages effectively through PowerPoint presentationsAbility to coordinate and drive stakeholders in a complex organizationWork in local and remote multidisciplinary teamsAbility to understand business and technical issuesEase with formalism (PowerPoint / Excel / Word/PowerBI)Fluent in EnglishTeamwork.
