Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Director of PD&C, the Project Manager is responsible for management of projects ranging in construction value from $30,000 to $1M. The Project Manager facilitates and coordinates the design process (Concept, SD, DD, and CD) drawings, and coordinates the specialty consultants and general contractor. Drafts contracts, change orders, add services and RFPs for general contractors, subcontractors, consulting engineers and construction management. Monitors the work to ensure it complies with the construction documents, specifications, schedule, and agreed budget.
