About this role

Project Manager (Non-IT)

Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Pay: 50-52/hr

About the role

Reddit is looking for a Project Manager to help businesses, publishers, and partners successfully onboard and establish their presence on Reddit.

You'll focus on helping businesses complete verification, addressing onboarding challenges, proactively following up with users who get stuck or drop off, and ensuring partners have the support they need to get started.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that combines partner support, onboarding operations, and cross-functional coordination. You'll work closely with Product, Business Development, and other teams to improve onboarding completion, reduce friction, and help scale Reddit's growing business and partner ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Drive verification completion. Proactively identify businesses and organizations that have started but not completed verification. Reach out, understand what's blocking them, and help them successfully complete the process.

  • Manage verification inquiries. Be the first point of contact for businesses with questions about verification, eligibility, documentation, or next steps. Resolve common issues independently and escalate exceptions to the appropriate teams.

  • Support business and partner onboarding. Help businesses, publishers, and partners get started with Reddit Pro, Shopping, and Reddit Everywhere. Guide them through onboarding requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they can successfully activate.

  • Reduce onboarding drop-offs. Track where businesses and partners get stuck, follow up proactively, and work with Product teams to identify recurring issues and opportunities to simplify the experience.

  • Coordinate partner activities. Work closely with Business Development to support partner introductions, onboarding handoffs, meetings, and follow-ups. Ensure commitments and next steps are tracked and completed.

  • Support cross-functional execution. Help coordinate specific initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, and BD, including tracking action items, milestones, and dependencies when needed.

  • Maintain operational visibility. Track verification requests, onboarding status, completion rates, unresolved issues, and partner feedback. Provide regular updates on progress and areas needing attention.

  • Improve processes and documentation. Create FAQs, onboarding guides, templates, and repeatable workflows that make it easier for businesses to onboard and reduce manual support over time.

  • What you'll bring

  • Experience in partner operations, customer success, onboarding, account management, business operations, or a related role.

  • A customer-first mindset and a willingness to work directly with businesses to solve problems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience interacting with external customers or partners.

  • Ability to independently manage a high volume of requests, follow-ups, and ongoing relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach to identifying issues, following up with customers, and driving problems to resolution.

  • Comfort working across Product, Business Development, Engineering, and Operations teams.

  • Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, support tools, and operational trackers.

  • Nice to have

  • Experience with business verification, trust and safety operations, or identity verification workflows.

  • Experience onboarding businesses, publishers, or commerce partners to digital platforms.

  • Familiarity with Reddit and how businesses and organizations use the platform.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or operational initiatives.

  • What success looks like

  • Higher verification completion: More businesses successfully complete verification, with fewer abandoning the process.

  • Faster issue resolution: Businesses receive timely support, and verification blockers are resolved quickly.

  • Successful partner activation: Businesses and partners successfully complete onboarding and start using relevant Reddit products.

  • Lower operational friction: Recurring issues are identified and addressed, making onboarding easier over time.

  • Reliable execution: Partner commitments, operational follow-ups, and cross-functional action items are completed on time.

  • Scalable operations: Better documentation, workflows, and self-service resources reduce the need for manual intervention.

  • EEO Statement
