- Monitor project performance, enrolment outputs and productivity.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with state coordinators and operational teams.
- Verify reports against system records and supporting evidence.
- Track outstanding assignments, equipment issues and operational risks.
- Maintain performance dashboards and action trackers.
- Prepare daily and weekly management reports.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate overdue tasks.
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4–5 years' experience in operations monitoring, project assurance, controls or programme coordination.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets, data reconciliation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable laptop, smartphone, stable internet and backup electricity.
- Ability to work remotely during Nigerian business hours.
