Job Description MyCyberClinics is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead project execution within our innovative digital healthcare platform. This is an opportunity for a leader who excels at coordinating teams, managing priorities, and transforming business objectives into tangible results.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects across various departments, including Product, Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, and Medical Operations. You will translate high-level business goals into detailed project plans, defining deliverables, timelines, and individual responsibilities.
Key duties include managing project workflows, sprints, dependencies, and risks, while meticulously tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met. You will facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring that decisions translate into actionable steps, and monitor project KPIs to provide clear progress reports to management.
A critical aspect of this role involves identifying and resolving execution bottlenecks proactively to prevent delivery delays. You will also support product development through requirements gathering, testing, and feedback implementation, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation, trackers, and reporting systems.
Continuous improvement of team planning, communication, collaboration, and delivery processes is also a core responsibility. Experience with project management platforms like ClickUp, Monday.com, or Slack is advantageous, as is prior experience in healthcare technology, startups, SaaS, or digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, program management, operations, or a similar role
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities
- Experience working with technology or digital products
- Understanding of Agile project management and sprint workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through without constant supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, project trackers, and performance data
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack, or similar project management platforms is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare technology, startups, SaaS, or digital platforms is an advantage
