About the Role Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation team to help CFOs, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services strategies. In the Momentum Financials Functional Support program, you will contribute as a Project Manager focused on delivering end-user support and enabling value through strategy, operations, and technology initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Provide end-user assistance to the user community for a range of functional issues
- Manage the intake, investigation, escalation, and resolution of user inquiries
- Interact with customers on a daily basis to support their needs
What We're Looking For
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (required for this role)
- Experience providing end-user support for functional issues and handling user inquiries
- Strong communication and customer-service skills with the ability to interact with customers daily
