Job title: Project Manager
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and drive customer projects in a fast-paced, customer-facing IT environment, with a focus on the German market. You will take full ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensure successful outcomes, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive end-to-end project delivery
- Lead and coordinate project teams and consultants
- Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and reporting
- Ensure projects run smoothly and achieve agreed objectives
- Manage risks, changes and complex stakeholder situations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Oversee budget tracking and invoicing
- Contribute to improving ways of working and agile practices
What We're Looking For
- Several years (approx. 5+ years) of experience in IT project management
- Proven experience working in a SaaS environment
- Strong ability to manage projects independently with high ownership
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English (mandatory); Finnish and Swedish is a bonus
- Experience working with common PM frameworks (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience in Service Management or Identity Management environments
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and process improvement
