Project Manager (Major Capital Projects) III
About the Role
Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major oil and gas capital projects valued at over $500 million, ensuring delivery within budget, specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, execute and finalise major capital projects.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress and allocate resources.
- Lead the Project Team and Project Leadership Team.
- Integrate development planning and subsurface team deliverables into project plans.
- Identify and resolve key project issues with relevant functions.
- Manage project governance, financial matters and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee selected commercial, joint-venture and government relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Extensive experience in major capital projects within the oil and gas industry.
- International project experience, including at least two overseas assignments.
- Experience executing major capital projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership, personnel management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in project execution planning, contracting, procurement, cost estimation, project controls, scheduling and organisational design.
- Experience in one or more technical disciplines, such as marine, facilities, subsea, pipelines or structures.
