Job title: Project Manager
About the Role Lockton is seeking a Project Manager to service a designated book of business related to marketing, claims, and administration, ensuring client satisfaction and accurate processing of policies, invoices, and communications.
What You'll Do
- Service designated book of business relating to marketing, claims, and administration; respond to client inquiries and maintain documentation of communications, issues, and resolutions
- Support implementation of new lines of coverage by setting up accounts, gathering documentation, and reviewing plan details with client and carrier
- Gather exposure information including loss-run schedules and client stratifications
- Request and collect quotes (new and renewal) from carriers; audit quotes, binders, and endorsements; request changes as needed
- Process audits and create audit analyses for client; monitor receipt of quotes and bind coverage under direction of senior staff
- Inform clients of changes that may affect premiums or coverage; update specifications, applications, and summary information to reflect changes during the year
- Input client information into data management system; generate materials for client presentations and meetings; create and send compliance communications; issue and process client invoicing
- Collaborate with producers and Accounting to determine action plan and assist with collection efforts or billing discrepancies
- Research industry trends and governmental regulations; attend company, department, and team meetings, including industry training sessions
- Perform other responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; typically 3-7 years of client services experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations
- Ability to attend meetings and continuing education sessions; comply with company policies and protect confidentiality
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines; ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours; comfortable with prolonged computer use
- Legally able to work in the United States
