About this role
Project Manager
- Lead end-to-end execution of engineering and construction projects.
- Prepare Project Charters, Project Execution Plans and baseline schedules.
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE activities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and contractor submissions.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and change management.
- Identify emerging risks, develop mitigation plans, escalate major risks and conduct lessons learnt reviews.
- Lead stakeholder coordination meetings.
- Monitor project progress using MS Project and project dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company governance and engineering standards.
- Review of contractor claims, variations and payment.
- Drive onsite quality assurance, inspections and closure of NCRs.
- Ensuring and promoting HSE compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
- Plan commissioning, testing, handover and close-out documentation.
- Ensure projects are maintainable and operable, fully documented and defect-free operational handover.
- Mentor team members and develop high-performing project teams.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Projects delivered within approved schedule and budget.
- Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
- Timely submission of project reports.
- Effective risk mitigation and change control.
- Quality NCR closure before project handover.
- Lessons learned implemented.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and successful commissioning.
- Adoption of digital initiatives.
- Team capability development

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 10–15 years' experience delivering industrial commercial and / or residential projects.
- Minimum 5 years managing multidisciplinary capital projects.
- PMP certification preferred
