Project Manager
What You Will Do
Manage projects using an approach that ensures the quality and competitive performance expected by stakeholders. Lead project teams consisting of data engineers, software engineers, data analysts, data scientists, business leaders, and 3rd parties to ensure all aspects of the project are kicked off correctly and all details properly considered. Develop and maintain project execution plans appropriate to the size and complexity of the work, including scope, schedule, cost and value tracking, risk and issue management, and implementation. Identify and effectively manage key dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Hold regular status meetings with the project team. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Partner with key stakeholders on expected deliverables and timelines and align resources across projects accordingly. Communicate project status proactively to stakeholders across the organization, including leadership. Recognize opportunities for value creation and innovation in the project management work processes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience leading and coordinating teams cross functionally in a fast-paced environment to meet project deliverables. Experience contributing to or leading project planning, budgeting, or scoping activities Experience working on projects focused on predictive model development, custom software development, or complex data analysis. Experience applying project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, etc. Experience supporting business transformation and process improvement
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience working in technology, analytics, data, consulting, or another environment involving cross-functional project delivery. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other relevant industry certifications Experience with Salesforce, Jira, ADO, or other project tracking tools Experience experimenting or implementing artificial intelligence in previous roles or in personal projects
For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
