Our client in the Industrial Manufacturing and Packaging Technology industry is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to manage aftersales projects, strengthen key customer relationships and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

- Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Lead aftersales projects, including audits, overhauls, maintenance contracts and other customer interventions.
- Coordinate customer requirements, internal resources, technical activities and project timelines.
- Proactively follow up on quotations, orders, receivables and project deliverables.
- Provide customers with technical advice and recommend appropriate aftersales solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, timelines, customer satisfaction and overall project performance.
What We're Looking For:
- University Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and experience handling complex projects.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation and client management skills.
- NOTE: This role involves regular travel both domestic and foreign and requires a valid passport and driver's licence.
