We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Kier Places team based in Berkshire/Wiltshire.

Location: Site based – Berkshire/Wiltshire Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Project Manager, you'll be supporting our team in delivering construction and refurbishment projects across the complete project lifecycle. From inception through pre-construction, on-site construction, completion and aftercare, you'll be involved in all stages. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with dedicated time working across key functions including Business Development, Pre-Construction, Estimating, Planning, Design Management, Operations, Health and Safety, and Commercial teams.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering end-to-end solutions for places where people live and work. Your day to day will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day management of assigned projects, managing performance of teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve programme requirements
• Monitoring subcontractor performance and preparing monthly reports that track progress against programme and commercial targets
• Working closely with the commercial team to report on current and projected financial status of projects
• Ensuring works meet required quality standards and that all safety procedures and legislation are followed
• Managing environmental compliance in line with Kier's policies and project-specific environmental and waste management plans

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

• You hold a relevant Construction Qualification at HND/Degree level or equivalent
• You have a clear understanding of main forms of contract including JCT and NEC
• You're competent in using Microsoft Office suite
• You hold a Full driving licence, 5-day SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid Certificate
• You're collaborative, trusted and focused in your approach, with a commitment to inclusion and wellbeing
