About the Role ICON is seeking a Project Manager for Interactive Response Technology (IRT) to oversee the implementation and management of IRT solutions for clinical trials. You will lead day-to-day project and programme management to deliver quality outcomes and ensure alignment with trial requirements and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities to deliver quality outcomes.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IRT projects, ensuring alignment with clinical trial requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations and technology specialists to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency and address any project-related issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IRT technologies to drive innovation and improve project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management within the clinical research industry, specifically related to IRT systems.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
