About the Role

As a Project Manager in Learning Services, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of projects in collaboration with the project team. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure project goals are achieved while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, communication plans, and resourcing.
• Support project teams, collaborate with client stakeholders to identify project requirements and establish clear project goals.
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
• Leverage AI project management tools to enhance scheduling accuracy, forecast project trends, identify potential risks, and streamline documentation.
• Monitor resource utilization to ensure optimal productivity and utilization.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Regularly communicate project status, progress, and updates to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Monitor project budgets and proactively mitigate trending project overages. Report monthly to leadership on finance on project metrics.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed. Maintain accurate project records, including documentation of decisions, changes, and approvals.
• Continuously explore AI-assisted innovations that enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and support data-driven decision making across the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as required. Assist with various special projects for stakeholders as required.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills; strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills; effective time management and prioritization.
• Bilingual (French) is an asset.
• Experience: 2+ years in a client-facing environment; 2+ years with instructional design, course development, program management, and web development lifecycle is highly beneficial.
• Advanced Microsoft skills (Pivot Tables, PowerPoint); advanced Smartsheet with dashboards for reporting.
• Experience using AI tools for project management or reporting automation; experience with Salesforce, OpenAir, and PowerBI is an asset.
• Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) or equivalent is an asset; post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: CAD 82,000–100,000 per year.
