Position Summary

Our team is seeking a Project Manager II to lead strategic initiatives that improve business performance, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable operational and financial value.

This position serves as both a project leader and business problem solver, partnering across Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Accounts Payable, Operations, Technology, and external partners to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive execution.

The successful candidate will thrive in complex and evolving environments, combining project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making. This role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, remove barriers, and drive results from concept through implementation. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with data to identify insights and support business decisions

  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Experience leading governance, compliance, transformation, or value-realization programs
