Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage demand intake and queues, prioritizing work based on client needs, risk, and delivery timelines
  • Lead, coach, and develop migration team members through ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development support
  • Plan team capacity and allocate resources across concurrent migrations to ensure balanced workloads and consistent execution
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and client outcomes
  • Use artificial intelligence (AI) and automation responsibly to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen reporting while partnering with risk and control teams as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering product migrations, client onboarding, technical implementations, or comparable change initiatives
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and facilitating client-facing meetings through all phases of delivery
  • Experience planning and executing testing activities (for example: integration testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing)
  • Experience leading or managing a team, including coaching and performance management responsibilities
  • Knowledge of payments and/or treasury products and the operational processes that support them

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive work to completion in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with common business productivity tools (for example: spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and collaboration tools)
  • Ability to work effectively across teams without direct control over resources, using influence to drive alignment and outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual proficiency Spanish, French, Mandarin (not required)
  • Experience with large-scale migrations, technical implementations, and/or client onboarding programs
  • Experience with workflow automation or process improvement tooling (for example: Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar)
