Project Manager

About the Role ICON is seeking a Project Manager in the Philippines (hybrid) to oversee the implementation and management of clinical trials. You will lead day-to-day project and programme activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes while aligning with regulatory requirements. This role supports PCS projects and drives project delivery within a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of PCS projects, ensuring alignment with clinical trial objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and technology specialists, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration and address any project-related challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive innovation and improve project delivery. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in project management within the clinical research industry, specifically related to patient care solutions.
• Experience in Oncology and Vaccine experience is required.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
• Must be amenable to work in an office-based setup in Makati (60% onsite). Compensation & Benefits
