About the Role In this role, you are the AI project orchestrator for the EMEA-LATAM division, part of Tarkett's new Data, Digital and AI team, reporting to the Chief Digital, Data & AI Officer, based in La Défense. The role is hybrid, blending strategy, solution-building and evangelism to drive AI value across the division.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI strategy and roadmap for the EMEA-LATAM division, aligning initiatives with business value (efficiency, revenue, sustainable innovation).
• Identify, prioritize and oversee requests for AI & Innovation tools, evaluating needs and potential business value.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from ideation to production (scale), supervising solutions in classical ML and GenAI and ensuring a smooth POC-to-product transition.
• Collaborate with Data & BI and Governance teams to guarantee architecture, deployment and data governance/compliance.
• Promote AI culture at Tarkett through workshops and training to accelerate adoption and demystify technologies.
• Manage and grow the AI & Innovation Designer team, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.
• Define and track KPIs to measure performance and impact of AI initiatives.
• Monitor technology trends and market innovations to inform the roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Data & AI roles, with proven experience in developing AI tools.
• Strong hard skills in machine learning, statistical modelling and/or generative AI; experience with data architecture, MLOps and data governance.
• Proven experience in managing AI projects from prototype to production and in stakeholder management; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Sensitivity to ethical issues surrounding AI and a commitment to responsible AI and data governance.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution in an international, multicultural environment; fluent English (C1).
• Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify AI concepts for business audiences; ROI-focused and outcome-driven.
