Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
- You will be responsible for end-to-end service project management, including contract review, project planning, system input, material procurement follow-up, delivery coordination, engineer dispatch, cash collection and project documentation, to ensure on-time, quality and cost-effective project delivery.
- You will organize project execution analysis, identify risks related to schedule, cost, quality, material supply and delivery, and drive corrective and improvement actions accordingly.
- You will be responsible for or coordinate material requirement planning, purchase requisitions, supplier delivery follow-up, inventory control and material shortage risk escalation for service projects to support project delivery needs.
- You will participate in departmental continuous improvement projects and drive process optimization to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical, Electrical or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of working experience in project management, material planning, procurement coordination or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, service or engineering project environments.
- Possess strong project management mindset with excellent planning, execution, coordination and follow-up capabilities, and able to drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.
- Proficient in SAP system, with solid knowledge of material planning, procurement process, supplier delivery follow-up, inventory control and shortage risk escalation, capable of supporting project delivery through effective system operation and material management.
- Equipped with strong awareness of cost control, quality management, compliance and risk control, able to identify potential project risks and drive timely corrective actions.
- Able to use working platforms and analytics tools such as Power BI, Celonis, or Copilot to analyze information, optimize work outcomes and support problem-solving.
