About the Role The Project Manager role at ARC Mechanical requires high-level mechanical experience and a proven ability to deliver projects with exceptional client satisfaction. You will oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while leading a cross-functional team. What You'll Do
- Manage projects from initiation through close, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor costs, risks, and quality to consistently deliver top-end results What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience (or 8+ years without a degree); bachelor’s preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certifications
- Negotiation and subcontractor management experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project; Bluebeam; ERP systems
- Ability to travel across New England Nice to Have
- Technical tools experience as listed above (Word, Excel, Project, Bluebeam, ERP) would be beneficial Compensation & Benefits
