About the Role Accountable for driving activation of global investigative sites to meet or exceed study timelines, within budget and with high-quality output. Leads coordination and execution of site activation and maintenance activities in line with ICON/sponsor SOPs, including regulatory, contracts, essential documents and activations. Collaborates with internal and sponsor teams to ensure smooth delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead studies with highest quality standards to exceed customer expectations.
- Review study and partnership budgets for proposals and sales as needed.
- Drive assigned studies to meet KPIs and delight customers and sites.
- Act as customer point of contact for assigned studies; resolve study issues and drive exceptional customer delivery.
- Represent FSA at audits and inspections.
